The organization seeks an Art Director on a full-time, indefinite employment contract basis. The role is based at the company office in Baar, Switzerland, and visa sponsorship may be offered for qualified candidates.

Requirements

Candidates must have two to five or more years of experience in a creative role such as Design or Art Direction, accompanied by a strong portfolio featuring real Fast-Moving Consumer Goods or retail work and proven execution. Applicants need very strong Figma skills alongside user interface and web experience. The background should span packaging, social media, web, and print, paired with a deep understanding of Fast-Moving Consumer Goods design, retail environments, and consumer behavior. Proficiency in both German and English is required, along with the ability to utilize artificial intelligence as a practical tool in daily workflows. Ideal candidates are independent, hands-on, fast, and solution-oriented individuals who take initiative, challenge existing approaches, and focus on commercial impact rather than aesthetics alone.
