Senior/Tech Lead Backend Engineer (Managed Kubernetes)

Overview

Nebius is seeking a Senior or Tech Lead Backend Engineer to join the Managed Kubernetes team. The position involves leading the mk8s Core team, which is responsible for the API, the core of the service control plane, cluster autoscaling, platform integrations, and running Kubernetes add-ons.

Requirements

Applicants must bring at least eight years of professional software engineering or management experience. Candidates need excellent knowledge of Golang or the readiness to quickly switch to this programming language, along with expertise in technical leading engineers and owning multi-month technical projects. Additional beneficial qualifications include experience with team management, Kubernetes administration, and developing Kubernetes controllers.
