Voodoo is seeking a Senior Product Manager to join its Live games team and work on Paper.io 2. The company is a consumer tech organization founded in Paris in 2013, focusing on entertaining the world through games and apps. The Gaming team consists of hybrid-casual, casual, and mid-core experts, with the Live games team dedicated to driving higher engagement on existing successful games.

Requirements
Applicants need to have experience as a product manager, product owner, game designer, or live ops and product manager, alongside experience on a successful live game. Candidates must possess a strong understanding of free-to-play mobile game mechanics and in-app purchase monetization extending beyond advertisements. It is also necessary to have experience working on casual, hybrid-casual, io, or mass-market games, as well as familiarity with competitive systems, leagues, rankings, seasons, battle passes, character collection, or upgrade systems.
The role requires an artificial intelligence-first mindset, involving daily use of artificial intelligence and the creation of custom agents or reusable automations. Applicants must be able to write clear specifications, align teams, maintain high standards, and challenge weak ideas.
How to apply
Responsibilities for the role include building and implementing free-to-play systems focused on progression, monetization, live events, and in-game economies to improve player engagement and revenue. The product manager will take complete ownership of specifications, timelines, and outcomes, while using analytics, retention metrics, player data, and A/B testing to optimize features after launch.
