Overview

Lendable is hiring a Senior Product Manager for CRM and Growth to join a profitable fintech company based in London, United Kingdom. The role involves owning the products and systems that shape customer communications across their lifecycle, from initial interaction through to retention and reactivation. Product management at the company balances user-facing needs with commercial trade-offs, requiring prioritization across engagement, retention, conversion, cost to serve, and customer experience.

What you get

The position offers the opportunity to take ownership of the CRM and lifecycle product roadmap, working in small teams of exceptional people to build technology in-house. Benefits associated with life at the company include flexible working arrangements, private health cover, and retirement savings plans. Additional perks include a fully stocked kitchen, complimentary lunches prepared by in-house chefs on in-office days at select locations, cycle-to-work and electric vehicle salary sacrifice schemes, an employee referral program, and social events and off-sites.

Requirements

Applicants must have five or more years of experience in product management, with substantial background in CRM, lifecycle, messaging, or growth for a consumer product at scale. Essential skills include strong product management fundamentals, excellent prioritization abilities, a track record of owning measurable outcomes in engagement, retention, or revenue, strong SQL and analytical skills, and experience designing and interpreting A/B tests. Candidates must also possess enough technical depth to work credibly with engineers on messaging infrastructure, deliverability, and platform integrations. Preferred qualifications include experience in financial services or another regulated industry, launching a new channel or capability end-to-end, building experimentation or measurement tooling, and mentoring other product managers or CRM specialists.

How to apply

The interview process begins with a chat with the Talent team to check for a match, followed by a fifteen-minute cognitive assessment. Shortlisted candidates proceed to a practical exercise or case study interview with the Hiring Manager, and a culture-add interview. The final round takes place in person at the office and consists of three thirty-minute meetings on the same day with the VP of Product and Design, engineering team members, and the Chief Product Officer.
