Overview

ClearScore is hiring an experienced People Partner for a 12-month fixed-term contract to cover maternity leave within the People team. This position is based in London, United Kingdom, specifically in the Vauxhall area, operating on a hybrid work model requiring attendance at the office two to three days per week. The role involves managing live casework and ongoing initiatives from the start, working independently in a fast-paced environment, and balancing day-to-day partnering with longer-term projects across employee relations, performance, organisational change, and professional development.

Requirements

Candidates should have significant experience in human resources or people operations, ideally in a generalist or People Partner capacity within a fast-paced, scaling environment that involves handling ambiguity. Applicants must possess strong working knowledge of UK employment law along with practical experience in independently managing complex employee relations casework such as absence, conduct, performance, disciplinary, and grievance matters. Additional awareness of employment legislation in South Africa, Australia, or Canada is considered a strong advantage. Essential skills include a track record of delivering people projects end-to-end, robust performance management experience, and excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities to coach and influence managers at all levels.

What you get

The position offers a salary between 79,000 and 85,000 British Pounds per year. Benefits provided include 25 paid holidays plus a duvet day on your birthday, a hybrid work arrangement, private health and dental cover including Bupa mental health support, GP office visits, and a life assurance scheme. Additional perks feature a matched pension scheme up to 6 percent, regular lunch and learns, a dog-friendly office with daily breakfast and free snacks, access to Cobens Extras discounts, free sports and social clubs, and ongoing investments in learning and development including leadership training. Employees also have access to an in-house psychotherapist, a financial coach, generous maternity and paternity plans, and culture and inclusion representation.
