Senior Meta Designer - Unannouced Project
Overview
NaturalMotion seeks a Senior Meta Designer for an unannounced project at the London studio. This role involves shaping the combat experience for a first-person shooter mobile title by designing and managing metagame, live, and progression features. Responsibilities include owning key features from conception through live deployment, analyzing live data, and coordinating with design, art, UX, engineering, and product management teams. The position operates under a hybrid work environment, requiring two days per week in the London office and the remainder at home.
Who can apply
Candidates must have previous experience in Metagame, Progression, or Engagement Design, or an equivalent role within the video game industry. Applicants are required to have at least one shipped title in a design role for a live service title, along with specific experience designing and implementing progression, economy, or engagement features for live games. Additional qualifications include knowledge of analyzing KPIs and player behavior data, familiarity with the Unreal game engine, strong communication skills, and a passion for action games.
