Senior Merchant Success Manager

Overview

ShipBobinc is hiring a Senior Merchant Success Manager to join its team. The primary mission of this role is to provide a world-class experience to grow and retain the organization's enterprise and strategic merchants. This position is focused on supporting complex middle-market merchants who are scaling rapidly, diversifying fulfillment, and expanding into new markets. The role reports to the Senior Manager of Merchant Success and takes place in a remote work environment based in the United Kingdom.

Who can apply

Candidates interested in this opportunity should bring four to six years of experience in sales and merchant services within a related industry. Applicants must possess business review experience with internal and external stakeholders, a demonstrated ability to foster a positive team culture, and an established talent for building consultative and executive-level customer relationships. Additional qualifications include solid conflict resolution and negotiation abilities, advanced written and verbal communication skills, a desire to work in a fast-paced setting, and advanced experience in the Microsoft Office Suite.

Requirements

The role requires managing strategic business reviews, communicating business and industry insights, and driving tactical account planning. Responsibilities include working with internal stakeholders to improve the merchant experience, increasing customer KPIs, coaching team members, analyzing supply chain performance to advise countermeasures, conducting business reviews, and maintaining transparent relationships at all merchant levels.
