What you get
The position includes a competitive salary commensurate with experience, skills, and location, starting from £210K. Additional compensation elements include meaningful stock options, an annual Living-Local Bonus for residences within twenty minutes of the office, and employer-contributed retirement benefits. Visa sponsorship may be offered for suitable candidates.
Requirements
Applicants must demonstrate strong C programming on bare metal and C/C++ on Linux, alongside depth in either bare-metal or RTOS firmware on resource-constrained cores or Linux kernel and driver development, with working competence in the other. Candidates need solid systems fundamentals, prior experience shipping and debugging firmware on real hardware at the bench using an oscilloscope, logic analyser, JTAG, and serial console, as well as embedded Linux platform exposure and test discipline. Due to United States export control regulations, candidate eligibility depends on their most recent citizenship or permanent residency status, with applicants from certain restricted countries generally unable to be considered unless they have subsequently obtained citizenship or permanent residency in an unrestricted country.
