ClearScore is seeking a Senior Full Stack Data Scientist to join its Data and Analytics team within the growing Global Targeting team located in London, United Kingdom. The role focuses on enhancing the user experience through improved dynamic content targeting and prioritization, taking end-to-end ownership of data science and machine learning solutions across various use cases, business areas, and markets. The position involves driving strategy and decision-making while working within an analytical community that collaborates on knowledge sharing, tools, and best practices.

The opportunity is open to candidates with a self-starter mindset who possess advanced Python and SQL skills, a strong understanding of dbt and Analytics Engineering for feature engineering, and in-depth knowledge of statistical and machine learning techniques. Applicants should have demonstrable experience using business-domain knowledge to drive model development and derive insights from data, along with the ability to explain complex analysis to both technical and non-technical audiences. Preferred qualifications include experience using AI tools in daily workflows, hands-on experience with emerging machine learning and artificial intelligence approaches such as deep learning or foundation models, real-time inference solutions experience, Databricks deployment experience, product-focussed environment background, consumer lending understanding, and a postgraduate degree in a STEM field.
