Senior Account Executive - Mid-market and Enterprise - €70–90K + BSPCE

Overview

Vocca is hiring a Senior Account Executive focused on the mid-market and enterprise segment to join the team in Paris, France. The company builds AI voice agents designed to answer patient calls, schedule appointments, and triage emergencies in healthcare facilities. This is a full-time, full-cycle new-business role where you own the process from cold outreach to signature, aiming to generate six hundred thousand euros in annual recurring revenue in the first year on the health centers segment.

Who can apply

This position requires three to six years of business-to-business sales experience involving genuine cold prospecting and closing, ideally through a business development representative to account executive progression. Candidates must possess native-level French alongside good written and spoken English proficiency for internal communication. Applicants should have a top-tier background from a strong school or demanding company, combined with an entrepreneurial mindset. Healthcare or healthtech experience, familiarity with regulated products, grounding in sales theory, and knowledge of tools such as Attio, Notion, Slack, and Apollo are considered beneficial.

What you get

The compensation package includes a salary of seventy to ninety thousand euros per year plus equity in the form of BSPCE. The position operates under an executive contract on a forfait-jours basis with approximately eight to twelve reduced working time days per year. Employees work on a hybrid schedule from Paris requiring three to four days at the office and one to two days remotely per week.
