Senior Account Director, Media

Overview

DEPT is hiring a Senior Account Director, Media to join the Creative and Media services team within Europe. The position serves as the commercial engine and primary sparring partner for one of the organization's largest tech client verticals. The role acts as the main business partner for the client, building trust-based senior relationships and bridging complex paid media strategies with client growth goals to drive a 20 percent year-over-year growth target.

Requirements

Candidates must bring a deep, mandatory understanding of integrated paid media, including social, programmatic, and search. Applicants need proven experience managing complex, multi-workstream accounts within a global agency or consultancy environment. The position requires a confident, outgoing, and positive personality with strong interpersonal skills to build chemistry instantly, alongside a challenger mindset capable of holding sensitive conversations and resetting expectations regarding budgets and timings. Additional required qualifications include experience or strong exposure to social organic and influencer ecosystems.
