Ruby Labs Hiring: Google Ads Manager (AI Native) – Remote Global Opportunity | Manage Campaigns Across 40+ Countries & 30+ Languages
Overview
Ruby Labs is hiring an experienced Google Ads Manager (AI Native) to own its large-scale international Google Ads operations. The remote role manages campaigns across 40+ countries and 30+ languages to grow profitable customer acquisition for Ruby Labs' consumer AI products. Ruby Labs is a technology company that builds consumer products in health, education and entertainment, and is developing consumer AI products giving subscribers access to leading AI models for chat, image and video generation. It takes an AI-first approach in which AI agents help with campaign research, audits, copy and repetitive tasks while people remain responsible for strategy and decisions.
The manager takes end-to-end responsibility for account performance, including campaign structure, keyword research and expansion, ad copy and ad strength, bid and budget management, policy compliance, international growth, reporting and AI-assisted workflows. They find new markets, scale profitable campaigns, judge performance by country and device using real revenue data, adjust CPA and ROAS targets, support localization, keep brand and generic AI searches organized, reflect new AI model releases in campaigns, and prevent and respond to account restrictions, including trademark and misleading-claims rules.

Microsoft Ads, subscription products, consumer acquisition or AI product experience, advanced spreadsheets and some SQL or scripting are advantages. Applicants may live in different countries if they are within about four hours of Central European Time.
What you get
Benefits include fully remote work, unlimited paid time off, paid national holidays, a company MacBook where required and flexible independent contractor arrangements.
