Overview

Relief International is hiring a Health Innovation Lead for its Quality, Impact and Innovation Department. This remote position involves leading the global health innovation agenda to address challenges in fragile, conflict-affected, and resource-constrained settings. The role focuses on improving health outcomes, service accessibility, and resilience through evidence-based solutions.

Who can apply

Applicants need an advanced qualification in Public Health, Global Health, Health Systems, Health Policy, or a related discipline, along with extensive experience in global health within low- and middle-income or humanitarian settings. Candidates must reside in an eligible Relief International country of operation located within three hours of the Central European Time zone. Eligible countries include the United Kingdom, France, Kenya, Türkiye, Jordan, Syria, Lebanon, Palestine, Iraq, Afghanistan, and Pakistan.

Requirements

Candidates must have strong expertise in health systems strengthening, experience in developing practical solutions to complex health challenges, and a proven track record of scaling health innovations past the pilot stage. Additional qualifications include experience in overseeing evaluations or implementation research, resource mobilization, and partnership building.
