Responsibilities include developing annual and quarterly portfolio roadmaps covering AI literacy, AI-enabled work, leadership, creative skills, professional skills and workforce transformation, overseeing enterprise learning programmes that may combine digital learning, live training, assessments and credentials, making sure products are delivered on schedule with the right quality, managing, coaching and developing a team of portfolio and content professionals, collaborating with Sales, Marketing, Product, Technology, Operations, Delivery and external partners, and researching trends in workforce, leadership, professional skills and AI adoption.
What you get
The salary range is 115,000 to 170,000 dollars a year, depending on skills, experience and location, with eligibility for an annual incentive programme and additional benefits for eligible employees.
Requirements
Applicants need a bachelor's degree or equivalent education, training and experience, plus at least five years of experience managing teams in portfolio strategy, content development, curriculum strategy, learning products or enterprise learning, and at least five years of people management including mid-sized teams. Experience in high-growth B2B learning, translating customer needs into scalable solutions, evaluating portfolio performance and market opportunities, and developing learning portfolios in workforce transformation, AI skilling, professional skills or leadership is expected. Strong stakeholder management and executive communication are required, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders without direct authority.
