Outreach Director – Western Region Job 2026: Earn Up to $110,000

Overview

The U.S. Global Leadership Coalition (USGLC) is hiring an Outreach Director for its Western Region. USGLC is a bipartisan network of businesses, nonprofits, national security and foreign policy experts, veterans, agricultural leaders, faith-based organizations, academics and civic leaders that advocates for investment in diplomacy and international assistance alongside a strong defense. The director leads a Western Outreach Team and builds support across Texas, New Mexico, Colorado, Oklahoma, Utah, Arizona, Nevada, Idaho and Washington.

What the role involves

Duties include writing and carrying out a Western State Outreach strategy, engaging business, civic, military, academic and faith-based leaders, recruiting supporters, building state coalitions, organizing meetings and events, managing and mentoring regional staff, coordinating educational activities, representing USGLC at local and national events, and supporting congressional engagement and advocacy.

Who can apply

Applicants need at least five years of experience in a political campaign or issue-advocacy environment, with presidential, Senate or congressional campaign experience in Western states highly desirable. A bachelor's degree in political science, public policy, international relations or a related field is preferred. Candidates should be able to engage prominent leaders, plan large events, write, train local influencers, manage staff and speak well in public.

What you get

The projected salary is $90,000 to $110,000 per year for a full-time exempt post, with health and disability insurance, a retirement plan, paid annual and sick leave and federal holidays. The role is remote but must be performed from Oklahoma, United States, with frequent domestic travel and occasional trips to the Washington, DC headquarters.
