Overview

Our AIM Foundation is seeking a Donor Relations Manager for a full-time remote position. The foundation has more than 16 years of experience working with communities in need, with programmes in healthcare, education, clean water and sanitation, hunger prevention, and training for women and youth. The new manager will help maintain and strengthen the donor relationships that make these programmes possible.

What the role involves

The Donor Relations Manager supports the foundation's relationships with its donors, contributing to clear communication, good organization and reporting. Strong donor relationships help a nonprofit keep stable funding and continue delivering programmes, and accurate reporting helps supporters see how the organization is progressing and how their contributions serve its mission.

Requirements

The foundation is looking for three to five years of experience in donor relations, fundraising or nonprofit development. That experience might include working directly with donors, supporting fundraising initiatives, coordinating development activities, preparing reports or maintaining relationships with supporters and stakeholders. Candidates need strong communication skills, able to deal clearly and professionally with different stakeholders, along with strong organizational and reporting abilities. A genuine commitment to social impact and community development is also expected.
