Overview

Nudge is an emerging technology company building a reminder application that considers users' calendars and availability so that reminders arrive when people are most likely to act on them. According to the vacancy, it already has users in nearly 20 countries across six continents without any advertising. It is now hiring a Product & Growth Marketer as its first dedicated marketing hire. The role is remote and associated with Abuja, Nigeria.

What you get

The position is a full-time, three-month contract that may become permanent depending on performance and results. Pay is ₦200,000 to ₦300,000 per month. The company also provides a budget for marketing tools and selected small paid experiments, agreed case by case.

What you will do

The marketer will shape positioning and messaging across the website, App Store presence and social media, and plan and run launches for new features, promotions and offers. They will design and test growth ideas such as promotions, referral programmes and partnerships, and produce at least three short-form videos per week for platforms like TikTok and Instagram Reels. Community work includes managing the company's X account daily, keeping an occasional LinkedIn presence, taking part genuinely in Reddit and productivity communities, and speaking with users to gather stories and feedback for the founder.

Requirements

Applicants should have 1 to 3 years of experience in marketing, social media, content creation, product marketing or growth. Essential skills are short-form video creation, community building, social media management, content strategy and growth experimentation. Candidates should be able to work independently and test what drives user acquisition and retention. Experience with TikTok, Instagram Reels, X, Reddit, LinkedIn and Google Calendar is beneficial, as are basic video-editing skills and familiarity with productivity tools or communities.
