National Economist: UPLIFT MEL at Cowater International | Philippines | Short-Term Consultancy

Cowater International is currently looking for a National Economist to join the UPLIFT MEL project in the Philippines for a short-term consultancy. In this role, the expert will provide technical assistance for the Early Cohort Assessment and Mid-term Review tied to the SPRING programme. Ideal candidates will be seasoned economists or quantitative researchers who bring demonstrated expertise in development research, poverty reduction, social protection, public policy, monitoring, evaluation and learning, and survey data analysis.
