Junior Account Manager - THG Nutrition | Brand Hub

Overview

THG, a global ecommerce group whose brands include Myprotein, LOOKFANTASTIC and Cult Beauty, is hiring a Junior Account Manager for the new Myprotein Brand Hub within THG Nutrition. The role reports to the Senior Partnerships and Licensing Manager and is fully office based at the company headquarters in Manchester. It combines outbound business development with account management for brands joining the hub.

What you will do

The account manager identifies and approaches brands that fit the strategy for the hub through cold outreach, networking and industry events, negotiates terms and onboards new partners. They lead onboarding from start to finish, act as the main contact for brand partners and support them in getting the most from the platform. They also oversee commercial activity against key performance metrics, develop strategies to grow revenue, analyse sales data and market trends, and manage marketing agreements and contractual compliance.

Requirements

The role asks for at least two years of experience in account management, business development or commercial partnerships, preferably in ecommerce, retail or FMCG. Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills, good project management and organisation, an analytical mindset, experience working with marketing teams and an understanding of digital marketing, and the ability to work independently are expected.
