Heifer International Opens Applications for Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning Officers for Uganda’s SAYE Project – Apply By 14 July 2026

Heifer International has announced applications for two Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning (MEL) Officer positions under the Stimulating Agribusiness for Youth Employment (SAYE) project in Uganda. The positions will be based in Jinja and Bugiri and will support the implementation of a large-scale youth employment initiative delivered in partnership with the Mastercard Foundation.
