Who can apply
CEA wants a senior grants professional with hands-on experience in US charitable grantmaking, for example at a foundation, large nonprofit, regranting organisation or donor-advised fund sponsor. Expected knowledge includes US 501(c)(3) grantmaking, grants to non-charitable organisations and individuals, international grantmaking, recipient-country legal requirements, lobbying restrictions for public charities, and compliance and risk management, along with experience structuring non-standard grants, automating manual work and managing staff.
