Growth Manager - New Apps

Voodoo is a tech company founded in 2013 that creates mobile games and apps. The organization has 800 employees, 7 billion downloads, and over 200 million active users. The New Apps unit is a small team operating within the company to build B2C artificial intelligence applications in mass-market segments such as social entertainment, fitness, health, and learning.

The position of Growth Manager for New Apps is a full-time role based in Paris, France. Visa sponsorship may be offered for suitable candidates. The person in this position works directly with the Chief Executive Officer to drive paid and organic strategy and operations across the portfolio and scale applications.

Requirements

Applicants need extensive experience and a proven track record in driving growth for consumer-facing digital products, preferably mobile apps. Candidates must have a detailed understanding of the mobile growth ecosystem and branding performance. The ideal applicant is a data-driven leader with an entrepreneurial mindset, a structured approach, and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment. Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills are required, along with fluency in both English and French.
