Overview

Global Pay Limited, a CBN-licensed payment switching company in Lagos, Nigeria, is hiring across business development, operations, finance, compliance, customer success, human resources and software engineering. The roles are full time, and depending on the position they are hybrid or on-site. Experience requirements vary by role, and no application deadline is specified.

Who can apply

Business Development Manager: a bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, economics or a related field, with an MBA an advantage, plus about 5 to 8 years in business development or sales, preferably in fintech, banking or payments. The job is hybrid in Lagos and leads growth across GlobalPay and Terraswitch.

Settlement and Chargeback Specialist: a degree in finance, accounting, economics or similar, and 2 to 5 years in settlement, reconciliation or chargebacks. On-site in Lagos.

Accountant: a degree in accounting or finance and 3 to 5 years of experience, ideally in banking, fintech or payments. ICAN or ACCA is an advantage, and IFRS and Nigerian tax knowledge is expected.

Compliance Officer: a degree in law, finance, accounting or similar and 4 to 7 years of compliance experience, covering CBN and AML/CFT rules. ACAMS or an equivalent certificate helps.

Customer Service Representative: an OND, HND or bachelor's degree in any subject and 1 to 3 years in customer service or call centres.

HR Manager: at least five years of HR management experience, knowledge of Nigerian employment law, and CIPM or SHRM as an advantage.

Junior and Senior Java Developer: the junior role needs 1 to 2 years with Java, Spring Boot and relational databases. The senior role needs extensive Java experience and proven ISO 8583 work in live payment environments, with knowledge of payment switching, TCP/IP, SQL, message queues and PCI-DSS. Both are on-site in Lagos.
