Global Rights Compliance Data Entry Assistant: Remote Part-Time Opportunity | Apply by 28 September 2026
Overview
Global Rights Compliance is looking for a Data Entry Assistant to support an international project documenting and analysing historical and geographical evidence on the illegal exploitation of Ukraine's natural resources. The assignment is a remote, part-time consultancy with flexible working hours, expected to continue until 31 December 2026. Salary is not specified.
The assistant transfers evidence and related data into a designated database. Accuracy matters because the information supports research and accountability work.
What you will do
Tasks include entering information accurately, checking records for completeness and consistency, spotting errors before and after entry, flagging missing or unclear information to project team members, and following established procedures and templates. The assistant also applies coding and naming conventions, carries out basic quality-control checks, identifies duplicate or inaccurate records, keeps sensitive information confidential, follows data protection and information security requirements, meets agreed deadlines and gives regular progress updates.
Requirements
Fluency in both Ukrainian and Russian, including reading and writing, is essential because of the nature of the evidence being processed. The listing shows 0 to 2 years of experience, with emphasis on practical skills rather than long experience. Candidates should show strong attention to detail, accuracy, organisation, time management, the ability to work systematically and independently, clear written and spoken communication, and an understanding of confidentiality. Backgrounds in data entry, administration, research support or information management may suit the role.
How to apply
Applicants prepare a CV and a short cover letter in English describing their relevant experience and submit them through the online application form. Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis, so applying early is advisable.
Key dates
The application deadline is 28 September 2026, and the consultancy runs until 31 December 2026.
