Global Director, Mid-Market Onboarding

Overview

Cloudbeds is hiring a Global Director, Mid-Market Onboarding to own and scale the onboarding function for the company's fastest-growing and most complex customer segment. The position operates within a completely remote team environment, contributing to software and AI-powered solutions that transform hospitality operations for properties across 150 countries.

Requirements

Candidates must bring seven or more years of experience in hospitality or hospitality technology, which must include hands-on customer onboarding or implementation experience alongside team leadership. This background can be gained at a hotel, hotel group, property management system provider, or hospitality-tech company, while OTA or travel-distribution experience alone is not sufficient.

Applicants need a proven track record of building or improving onboarding functions, people-leadership experience within a distributed global environment, and a strong project-management foundation applied to complex multi-stakeholder deployments. A deep understanding of hotel operations and mid-market hospitality customers is required, along with the ability to move between high-level strategy and hands-on execution.

Additional qualifications include being data-driven and comfortable with KPIs and dashboards. Bonus skills that help applicants stand out include business-professional fluency in Spanish or Portuguese, direct onboarding experience at a hospitality SaaS or property management system company, and familiarity with hospitality fintech, payments, or property management systems.
