Field Marketing Manager, EMEA

Overview

Fireworks is hiring a Field Marketing Manager for the EMEA region to join the marketing team and support go-to-market efforts. Based in London, United Kingdom, this full-time role focuses on shaping field presence, designing pipeline strategies, and building foundational infrastructure and playbooks. The position involves crafting strategy, handling event and field program execution, and establishing repeatable engines for brand awareness and pipeline development.

Who can apply

Candidates are required to bring seven or more years of field marketing or event marketing experience within B2B SaaS or B2B technology. Applicants must possess operational excellence alongside strategic instinct, the ability to manage complex multi-event portfolios simultaneously, and experience collaborating with sales leadership and account executives on territory-level strategies and account-based marketing motions. Additional qualifications include cross-functional collaboration skills, strong written and verbal communication abilities, data analytics competency, and required proficiency in Salesforce CRM and marketing automation software.

Requirements

The role requires developing the EMEA field marketing strategy, conceptualizing and producing end-to-end hosted events such as executive experiences, trade shows, co-sponsored activations, user conferences, and educational events. Responsibilities involve building engagement strategies for pre-event, day-of, and post-event phases, partnering with sales leadership on account-level plans, tracking program return on investment, and providing guidance to junior team members as the department grows.
