Requirements
The product manager owns the consumer journey from the top of the marketing funnel to purchase. Responsibilities include building digital experiences for millions of life insurance customers, using insight and data to improve user experience and conversion, educating customers about the importance of life insurance, helping people choose suitable coverage, removing friction from the application process, and taking new products to market, including Indexed Universal Life and Whole Life. The role is highly autonomous and carries ownership of major product outcomes.
Applicants need at least 10 years in the technology industry and at least 5 years as a Product Manager at a high-growth technology company, with experience building products used by millions of consumers. They should have a record of solving complex customer problems and driving growth, strong analytical skills, experience generating and testing hypotheses, and the ability to turn ideas into product plans using customer feedback and rapid experimentation. They should also collaborate well with engineering and design teams and set ambitious goals. SQL and Amplitude experience for self-service analytics is a plus.
