Overview

Equality Fund is seeking a full-time Senior Officer, Learning and Impact to support the First Response Fund, a global initiative that provides resources to feminist civil society organisations leading humanitarian responses. This indefinite role is fully remote with a global working environment, while being based in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada.

What you get

The starting salary is CAD $85,000 or more per year. Benefits include four weeks of paid annual leave, paid sick time, a parental leave top-up, medical benefits, life insurance, a group Registered Retirement Savings Plan, and a paid day off for the employee birthday.

Requirements

Applicants must have an undergraduate degree or equivalent training in social sciences, international development, or a related field, along with at least five years of direct experience in monitoring, evaluation, learning, and impact. Candidates need experience working with women rights organisations, grassroots organisations, and international partners in humanitarian settings, as well as experience reporting to humanitarian donors. The role requires strong qualitative and quantitative research skills, proficiency in Microsoft Excel, familiarity with data analysis software, and professional working proficiency in English.
