Enterprise Account Director

Overview

Hawk provides artificial intelligence-supported anti-money laundering and fraud detection technology for banks and payment providers worldwide. The organization is seeking an Enterprise Account Director to expand its presence across regulated organizations, Tier 1 banks, and leading financial institutions throughout the EMEA region.

Requirements

Applicants must have at least seven years of enterprise business-to-business sales experience and a proven track record of exceeding quotas and closing high-value, complex enterprise deals. Candidates need experience selling to large financial institutions, payment providers, or Tier 1 banks while engaging executive stakeholders across technology, compliance, risk, fraud, and anti-money laundering functions. A strong understanding of RegTech, fraud prevention, financial crime compliance, enterprise artificial intelligence workflow solutions, or artificial intelligence-powered transaction monitoring is required.

Individuals must demonstrate consultative selling and strategic account management experience, including the ability to navigate long enterprise sales cycles, multi-stakeholder buying committees, and value-based solution selling. The role calls for executive presence, communication, and negotiation skills, alongside the ability to build trusted relationships with senior business leaders and C-level executives. Candidates should have experience collaborating across product, sales, pre-sales, and customer success teams, as well as proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and customer relationship management platforms. A willingness to travel as needed for internal collaboration, industry events, executive briefings, and customer meetings is also necessary.
