Overview

Multiverse, an upskilling platform for AI and tech adoption that works with more than 1,500 companies, is hiring an Early Talent Lead based in London. The company offers apprenticeships designed to build AI, data and tech skills, announced 70 million dollars in strategic funding in April 2026 at a valuation of 2.1 billion dollars, and has more than 800 employees.

Multiverse is expanding its Early Talent offering in England with the aim of delivering more apprenticeships to people at the start of their careers. The Early Talent Lead owns the strategy and its delivery across the business. The role sits in the CEO Office, reports to the Chief of Staff and is part of the Growth workstreams. It is both commercial and operational, leading a cross-functional squad through influence rather than line management.

What you will do

On strategy, the lead designs and owns the plan for growing the Early Talent products commercially and at scale, gathers market and customer feedback, keeps track of policy and regulatory developments with the Policy team, and designs the end-to-end operational journey across marketing, sales, fulfilment, operations, learning, safeguarding, product and communications. The lead also explores partnerships or acquisitions of adjacent Early Talent offers, scopes routes to market beyond apprenticeships and owns the deal and implementation process. As the external face of Early Talent, the lead promotes the offer on panels and at events and works with communications to build the brand.

Who can apply

The company seeks a builder who thrives in fast-paced, ambiguous settings, builds relationships and influences decision-makers, and takes an entrepreneurial approach. A commercial and operational track record, including budget or P&L ownership and launching new products, is expected, along with proven ability to lead cross-functional teams without direct authority, credibility with HR and talent leaders, and deep experience in entry-level hiring and training, ideally in the enterprise space.

What you get

Benefits include 27 days of holiday plus extra days for life events, volunteering and wellbeing, eight bank holidays, private medical insurance, a medical cashback scheme, life insurance, gym membership and mental health support. Most roles work in the office three days a week, and a work-from-anywhere scheme allows up to 10 days per year. Successful applicants must complete at least a basic background check through the Disclosure and Barring Service.
