CEO Office Intern - Special Projects
Overview
Knowunity, a Berlin-based company building an AI learning companion for students worldwide, is offering a full-time internship in its CEO Office working on special projects. The company was founded in 2020, has raised a 27 million euro Series B round and has a team of about 60 people. The intern helps leadership move faster on growth initiatives that could lift daily active users and annual recurring revenue.
What you will do
The intern owns and drives two to three high-impact projects that unlock revenue growth and operational efficiency, from improving the sales funnel to leading market expansion across countries and verticals. The role includes building data models and strategic frameworks that inform market entry and product positioning, and taking cross-functional initiatives from research through to implementation. Within three to six months the intern is expected to deliver measurable outcomes, such as better sales conversion, a validated expansion strategy or automations that save teams time each week.
Requirements
Knowunity looks for students from a top university in business, economics or a quantitative field, with previous experience in consulting, a high-growth startup or comparable university projects. An analytical mindset, the ability to turn complex data into actionable insights, a habit of using AI tools in research and analysis, and native or fluent English are needed, with German a plus. The intern should be able to work from the Berlin office five days a week, with some flexibility.
What you get
The package includes a competitive salary, with equity added on conversion to a full-time role, a flat hierarchy with direct access to founders, 20 days of annual leave, mental health support, an Urban Sports Club membership, monthly retail vouchers and team events.
