Director- Office of the CFO

Overview

Unity Advisory is seeking a Director to lead its CFO advisory work based in London, Mayfair, United Kingdom. This full-time role serves as the senior face of the organization on engagements, guiding finance transformations and helping shape the AI-powered Office of CFO proposition.

Who can apply

Applicants must possess 12 or more years of experience, with significant time spent in a consulting or advisory environment. Candidates are required to hold a finance or accounting qualification, specifically ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or CPA.

Requirements

The position requires a proven track record of leading large, complex transformation programmes from the initial diagnostic stage through lasting adoption. Candidates must have expertise in ERP and EPM platforms, process redesign, operating model design, data and analytics, and technology-enabled finance solutions such as automation and AI-enabled analytics. Additional prerequisites include hands-on experience with AI and the latest tools, credibility with C-suite leaders, a history of winning and growing client work, commercial judgement covering pricing and delivery margins, and a background in leading and developing senior teams.
