Director of Pricing & Monetization

Overview

Nuvei is seeking a Director of Pricing and Monetization to define and execute the company pricing strategy aimed at maximizing revenue growth, profitability, and market competitiveness. The position is based in Amsterdam, Netherlands, and operates as a full-time, mid-senior role within a fintech company that connects businesses to customers globally through modular payment technology. English is the primary working language used for colleagues, clients, and suppliers.

The annual gross salary range for this role in the Netherlands is EUR 123,000 to EUR 130,000, which represents the expected starting salary for candidates hired in that location. Requirements

Applicants need at least 8 years of experience in pricing, strategy, product management, revenue management, consulting, or commercial excellence, including a minimum of 4 years leading pricing strategy or monetization initiatives. Candidates must have demonstrated experience in building pricing frameworks and governance models, a strong background in market research and willingness-to-pay methodologies, experience designing pricing bundles and commercial offers, and experience driving pricing transformations in complex organizations. Preferred backgrounds include experience in payments, fintech, SaaS, software, technology, telecommunications, financial services, or marketplaces, alongside familiarity with CPQ platforms, pricing systems, advanced analytics, and AI-driven pricing tools.
