CodePath Hiring Mentor, Claude Corps: Remote AI Career Opportunity Paying Up to $124,500
Overview
CodePath is hiring a Mentor for Claude Corps, a fully remote position within the United States. CodePath trains college computer science students and says it has taught more than 40,000 students from over 1,000 universities. In June 2026 it launched Claude Corps with Anthropic, a national fellowship backed by a $150 million commitment that aims to place 1,000 AI-trained fellows at nonprofit organizations across the country.
The mentor supports about 20 fellows across 8 to 12 host organizations, arranged in roughly 10 pods. The work blends AI expertise with coaching, communication and stakeholder management, helping fellows understand problems, build organizational support and create AI-enabled solutions that get adopted. Duties include weekly one-on-one meetings, office hours, feedback on technical plans and presentations, milestone reviews at Day 30, 90, 180 and 270, delivering curriculum modules and supporting workshops.
