It currently lists several vacancies, including a Donor Relations Officer and a Policy Advocacy Associate.
A Technology Director post is also on its jobs page. It is a hybrid, exempt and non-union role in New York City that reports to the Chief Operating Officer and leads the technology function. The advertised pay range is $138,332 to $188,591, with two to three days per week on site. No deadline is given for this role.
Who can apply
Requirements differ by position, so each applicant should read the full job description for the role they want. CCR says it is an equal opportunity and affirmative action employer and actively recruits people of color, women, people with disabilities and LGBTQIA+ people.
What you get
CCR promotes employee benefits, competitive salaries and generous paid time off. Details of compensation for each role are in the official postings.
Justice Fellowship
Separately, CCR runs the two-year Justice Fellowship, formerly the Bertha Justice Fellowship, for lawyers who are zero to two years out of law school. Fellows work on social justice litigation and receive mentoring and training in leadership, media and advocacy, activism and movement building. Applications for the 2026 fellowship are closed. CCR generally recruits nearly a year ahead, from about September through December, hiring the class by January for a September start.
How to apply
Applicants choose a vacancy on the CCR jobs page, read the complete description and follow the online application instructions, submitting all required materials such as a CV and cover letter. Because listings can change, the current status and requirements should be confirmed with CCR.
