BasharSoft Is Hiring a Remote Partner Sales Manager (SaaS) | 2026:Global Opportunity

Overview

BasharSoft is looking for a Partner Sales Manager for its software-as-a-service business, to build and manage strategic partnerships across the UAE and Saudi Arabian markets and, more broadly, the Gulf Cooperation Council region. The role is fully remote, within a global remote team, and suits someone strong in relationship management, revenue growth and technology partnerships.

The manager develops partnerships with organizations, resellers, distributors and technology partners and works with the sales, marketing and product teams. Duties include identifying and developing strategic partners, creating and carrying out partnership strategies in line with company goals, generating new business through partner networks, contributing to go-to-market initiatives, negotiating agreements and commercial terms, monitoring partner performance and key performance indicators, preparing reports on partnerships and growth, representing the company in virtual meetings, industry events and networking, and tracking market trends and competitors in the SaaS sector.

Requirements

Applicants should hold a bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, sales or a related field and have 3 to 5 years of experience in partnership management, business development, channel sales or account management. Experience managing partnerships in the SaaS industry and working with the UAE and Saudi Arabian markets is required. The company also expects strong negotiation and stakeholder management, excellent communication and presentation skills, fluent written and spoken English, analytical and problem-solving ability, a results-driven approach and the ability to work independently when remote. Arabic is an advantage.
