Overview
ACLED is hiring a Digital Content and Marketing Coordinator in its Corporate Licensing department. The role is fully remote and full time at 40 hours per week, with a salary of 60,000 to 65,000 dollars a year and a start date as soon as possible. About 15 percent global travel is expected for client meetings and events. The coordinator drives audience acquisition, engagement and pipeline generation across customer and partner segments, working with sales, research and market-focused teams to turn data and insights into campaigns.
Duties include owning growth and demand-generation strategies, building multi-channel campaigns, improving lead-generation and nurturing funnels with sales, and running the email programme end to end, including newsletters, nurture sequences, segmentation, personalisation, automated workflows and lead scoring in tools such as Salesforce. The coordinator leads webinars, industry events and virtual roundtables, from themes and speakers to promotion and follow-up, and develops value propositions, product launch support, messaging and sales materials such as one-pagers, presentations and case studies. They also track campaign performance across email, digital channels, webinars and events, and set up and optimise digital advertising.
Who can apply
ACLED wants at least five years of proven marketing and digital experience, a BSc or MSc in business, communications or a related field, strong copywriting, an eye for aesthetics, and an understanding of current digital growth and measurement practices. Candidates should be self-starters at ease working remotely. Experience in the impact sector, tech-for-good, social enterprises or INGOs is an advantage. Desirable extras include a master's degree or certification in data analytics, data or technology organisations, agency experience, graphic design, familiarity with humanitarian or development sectors, and Spanish, French or Arabic.
