Overview

Deliveroo offers an internship position as an Account Manager based in Paris, France. As part of DoorDash, the organization operates a complex real-time marketplace connecting millions of customers with thousands of restaurant partners, grocery stores, and delivery riders across ten global markets, including France.

What you do

The intern supports Account Managers by helping develop a portfolio of supermarket and food retail partners. Daily responsibilities include managing operational and commercial relations with assigned stores, analyzing operational performance, and calling underperforming partners to support operational excellence. Additional duties involve configuring and implementing marketing campaigns and ensuring the adoption of Deliveroo products such as the order reception application, marketing tools, and the partner portal.

Requirements

Candidates should possess a commercial mindset and ideally bring prior commercial experience, alongside a proactive approach to relations and field involvement. Applicants must be customer-centric by utilizing quantitative and qualitative data, demonstrate enthusiasm, adaptability, and resourcefulness, and exhibit strong teamwork and collaboration skills. The role requires an optimistic and dynamic attitude, fluency in French, and professional proficiency in English.
