A Job That Has Never Existed Before: The Earth Foundation is Hiring a Remote Head of Partnerships to Build 40+ Country Sponsorships

Overview

The Earth Foundation is recruiting its first Head of Partnerships to build a new global sponsorship and partnership programme supporting young environmental innovators around the world. The position is full-time, remote and global, reporting directly to the COO and Founder, with an ASAP start date. The successful candidate will lead the development of country sponsorships, regional partnerships and advisory boards designed to expand participation in The Earth Prize, which is a global environmental competition for teenagers aged 13 to 19.

Who can apply

The organisation is looking for a candidate who is capable of building a new revenue stream from the ground up, developing relationships with companies, foundations, philanthropists and institutions, and turning those relationships into long-term support for young people working on environmental challenges. The role requires someone who can work independently to create a programme that has not previously existed within the organisation, combining partnership development, fundraising, strategic relationship management, senior-level communication, proposal development, network building, leadership, international understanding and strong mission alignment.
