Overview

The Social & Labor Convergence Program (SLCP) is recruiting a Senior Manager, Products and Services, a primarily remote leadership role. SLCP is a global non-profit that works to improve working conditions and promote decent work across international supply chains, partnering with brands, facilities, verifiers and other stakeholders. It has about 40 staff and a culture built on diversity, equity, empowerment, learning, accountability and open communication.

The senior manager reports to the Chief Operating Officer and holds end-to-end responsibility for SLCP's products and services, with a central role in strengthening its product ecosystem and improving the usability and impact of its flagship Converged Assessment Framework (CAF). Duties include contributing to organizational strategy and product vision, leading CAF development, improving existing tools, digital solutions and services, identifying new products and digital features, taking a customer-focused approach, managing a globally distributed team of product, training and support specialists, building external partnerships, improving customer guidance and accessibility, and representing SLCP at conferences, webinars and events.

Who can apply

SLCP seeks a senior professional with at least 7 years of product management experience and at least 4 years of leadership and people management experience, strong strategic and decision-making skills, demonstrated experience in social or environmental sustainability, knowledge of sustainability challenges in global supply chains and experience in diverse, international or non-profit settings. Jira and Confluence experience is required; Figma or similar tools are an advantage. Full professional English and strong Microsoft Office skills are needed. SLCP encourages applications from diverse backgrounds, including underrepresented and neurodiverse professionals, and from people who do not meet every requirement.

Requirements

The role is aligned mainly with the Central European Time zone, and employees in the Netherlands may work from the Amsterdam office. Travel of up to roughly 15 days per year may be needed.

How to apply

Candidates send a current CV and a one-page motivation letter by email, with Senior Manager, Products and Services in the subject line. Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis with no fixed closing date.
