Overview

Kuno Creative Group, an employee-owned branding, marketing and sales agency and a Diamond HubSpot partner, is hiring a Senior Revenue Operations Strategist. The full-time role is remote but open only to people who live in the United States and are authorized to work there without sponsorship. The strategist joins the Revenue Operations department and reports to the Revenue Operations Delivery Manager. The position is an exempt individual contributor role with no direct reports.

What you will do

The strategist owns some of Kuno's most complex HubSpot Enterprise engagements, leading them from discovery through implementation, optimization and ongoing support. Duties include planning discovery and implementation, managing complex HubSpot configurations and integrations, advising senior marketing, sales and customer-success leaders, building revenue operations strategies and workflows, designing AI-powered workflows, agents and automations such as predictive lead scoring, churn prediction and forecasting, creating advanced reporting, writing SOPs and playbooks, acting as a senior technical escalation point and quality-checking enterprise work.

Requirements

Applicants need at least six years of experience in revenue, marketing or sales operations or a related field, including enterprise-scale accounts. Deep knowledge of Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, Service Hub and Operations Hub at Enterprise level and current HubSpot certifications are required. Experience integrating platforms such as Salesforce, NetSuite, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, Dialpad, CallRail and Aircall is expected, along with strong analytical skills, documentation, mentoring, communication and executive presence. A bachelor's degree in marketing, business, information systems or a related field is preferred, though equivalent experience may be considered.

What you get

Benefits include healthcare, a 401(k) with employer matching, paid maternity and parental leave, unlimited paid time off and annual profit-sharing through employee ownership. Travel of about 10 to 15 percent may be needed for events, meetings or client work. No salary figure is given.

How to apply

Candidates apply through Kuno Creative Group's careers portal. No deadline is stated.
