Overview

Isar Aerospace SE is hiring a working student to join the talent team in Parsdorf, Bavaria, Germany. The role offers hands-on experience across the full hiring lifecycle, supporting candidate attraction and recruitment for an aerospace company focused on building launch vehicles.

Who can apply

Applicants must be currently enrolled at a university, ideally studying business, psychology, human resources, or a related field. Candidates need to be fluent in English and able to work onsite at least two days per week. First practical exposure to recruiting or human resources, German language skills, familiarity with applicant tracking systems like Greenhouse, and experience with sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter are considered beneficial.

The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and comfort working with data to support reporting and key performance indicator tracking. Candidates must be proactive, reliable, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
