Talent Acquisition - 6 months Internship (m/f/d)

Overview

This internship position lasts for six months and focuses on talent acquisition within the talent department at Isar Aerospace SE. Located in Parsdorf, Bavaria, Germany, the internship offers hands-on experience across the entire hiring lifecycle, including active sourcing, candidate engagement, interview coordination, and recruiting analytics. Interns contribute directly to the growth of the company by helping attract and hire personnel who work on launch vehicles and mission success.

Requirements

Applicants must be currently enrolled at a university, ideally studying business, psychology, human resources, or a related field. Candidates need strong organizational skills, attention to detail, the ability to work with data for reporting and key performance indicator tracking, and a proactive, reliable, and eager mindset for a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in English is required. While not mandatory, preferred qualifications include initial practical exposure to recruiting or human resources, German language skills, familiarity with applicant tracking systems such as Greenhouse, and experience with sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter. Selected individuals must be able to work onsite at least two days per week.
