Working Student (m/w/d) - Pre Sales Support

Overview

The Imtf Group is offering a part-time position as a Working Student for Pre Sales Support based in Bensheim, Germany. The role involves supporting the pre-sales team by preparing product presentations, demonstrations, and proposals, as well as assisting with requests for information and requests for proposals. Additional duties include maintaining demo environments, creating technical documentation, supporting proof of concept projects, conducting market and competitor research in RegTech, and documenting customer feedback.

Requirements

Applicants must be currently enrolled in a Bachelor program in Business Informatics, Business Administration with a focus on Finance or Banking, Computer Science, or a related field. Candidates should have an interest in software, technology, the financial sector, or compliance topics. A structured and accurate work style is required, along with the ability to quickly understand complex subjects and use MS Office programs like PowerPoint and Excel confidently. Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT or Claude is necessary, alongside good communication skills, teamwork spirit, and a proactive attitude. Proficiency in both German and English, written and spoken, is mandatory, while prior practical experience is considered an advantage.
