Working Student AI Automation & Support (d/f/m)

Overview

Bettermile is hiring a Working Student AI Automation and Support for the User Insights and Support Team. This part-time position is based in Berlin and offers a hybrid work arrangement, combining onsite work at a modern space in Berlin-Kreuzberg with remote work options, including up to 12 weeks of remote work from anywhere per year. The role involves dividing time between automation and AI projects and direct support tasks, working alongside the support and product teams.

Who can apply

Candidates must be enrolled students currently based in Berlin and authorized to work in Germany or holding a Job Seeker Visa. Applicants should be available to work around 20 hours per week and be fluent in written and spoken English, while German is not required.

Candidates must possess strong attention to detail for fact-checking and documentation, self-sufficiency in taking ownership of tasks, and the ability to collaborate on solutions with teammates.
