Intern Video Editing & Support (d/f/m)

Overview

Bettermile is seeking an intern for video editing and support to join the User Insights and Support Team in Berlin. The role involves taking care of writing scripts and editing driver-facing tutorial and onboarding videos, designing materials like one-pagers, posters, and merchandise, and managing driver merchandise logistics from start to finish. Additionally, interns take on regular support shifts to assist users directly and translate those insights into improved visual content. The organization operates with a supportive environment offering professional growth possibilities, a hybrid working model, and a modern office space in Berlin-Kreuzberg. Employees also have the option to work remotely from anywhere for up to 12 weeks per year.

Who can apply

Candidates must be authorized to work in Germany or already hold a Job Seeker Visa. Applicants need strong English skills, while German or any additional language is considered a plus.

Requirements

Applicants must be proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci, or Avid, and be able to pick up new tools quickly. A good eye for clear and engaging visual storytelling is required, along with a genuine enjoyment of supporting users. Candidates must welcome feedback, remain team players who are humble and reliable, and work in an organized, detail-oriented manner across multiple projects. Experience in scriptwriting for tutorials, explainer videos, or social content, an interest in user experience, onboarding, or learning design, and experience with Figma are considered beneficial additions.
