The fully funded United Nations Young Professionals Programme (YPP) for 2023-24 recruits talented, highly qualified professionals to begin careers as international civil servants with the UN Secretariat, through an entrance examination followed by professional development once hired. Successful candidates are initially appointed for two years before being reviewed for a continuing role.
