Technical Support & Deployment Intern

Overview

SyncVR Medical B.V. / GmbH / ApS / Ltd. is seeking a Technical Support & Deployment Intern based in Utrecht, Netherlands. This internship involves deploying software for a medical device that integrates Virtual Reality into daily medical treatments in hospitals throughout the Netherlands. Interns will install applications on VR headsets and tablets, provide technical support and troubleshooting onsite and remotely, and communicate with medical staff to fit deployments into their schedules.

Who can apply

Candidates should be pursuing or have recently completed a degree in fields such as ICT, Zorgtechnicus, Informatica, ICT & Techniek, Gezondheidszorg Technologie, Medische Informatiekunde, or Verpleegkunde with a focus or interest in technology. Applicants must have a basic understanding of hardware and software installation and troubleshooting, enjoy solving technical problems for others, and be comfortable travelling to hospital sites. Fluency in both written and spoken Dutch and English is required, along with the ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical medical staff.
