Sales Analyst & Support - Internship (6 months) (X/M/W)

Overview

Veepee, a European online flash sales company working with more than 7,000 brands, is looking for a Sales Analyst and Support intern for a six-month placement in its Barcelona office, within Business Development. The company reported a turnover of 3.3 billion euros including VAT in 2024 and employs about 5,000 people across 10 countries. The intern supports the sales team by handling the operational side of sales together with the key account manager, making sure brand information on offer, price and final stock is collected properly, analysing offers and supporting key account activity.

What you will do

The analytical part involves reviewing offers and advising buyers so they stay attractive, looking at offer composition, catalogue details, negotiation figures such as purchase price, retail price, margin and discount, comparisons with previous sales and competitive intelligence, and making pricing and margin recommendations. The intern also prepares end-of-sale reports and improvement ideas. On the commercial side, the intern prepares presentation materials for brand meetings, supports the process up to closing and helps with daily contact with brands by phone and email. Operational duties include coordinating contractual matters and first-level disputes with partners, passing offer details to data coordinators and making sure offers, final prices and stock arrive on time.

Requirements

Candidates should be a Bachelor's or Master's student or graduate in business administration, economics or a similar field, eligible for an internship and available full time for at least six months. Fluent Spanish and English, good Excel and Google Sheets skills, attention to detail, the ability to juggle priorities and meet reporting deadlines, and adaptability are required.
