Internship

Overview

Augustus offers a 4-month internship program structured across company-wide departments, including the CEO Office, Growth, Product, Ops, and Talent. Participants spend the first three months in Berlin and the final month in New York. The program combines daily operational tasks with one or two larger projects across various tracks. Interns receive mentorship from a founder or executive, a peer buddy, and a 1:1 session with a venture capital investor or angel investor. Successful interns may have the opportunity to convert to full-time employment or continue as a working student.

Who can apply

This opportunity is suited for individuals who are available for a duration of four months and are based in Berlin or willing to relocate. Ideal candidates are low ego, comfortable communicating with senior leaders and external partners from the start, and integrate AI tools into their productivity stack while knowing how to build workflows using n8n, zapier, or make. Applicants should possess traits aligned with high initiative, resilience, and teamwork.

What you get

Selected interns receive a salary of 2.5K EUR per month. Additional provisions include a dedicated stipend for unlimited AI token usage, relocation support, visa support, Apple gear including a MacBook and AirPods, lunch benefits, gym benefits, a development budget, access to an office in the heart of the city, and participation in four on- or offsite events per year.

Requirements

Applicants must not be currently pursuing or have obtained a Bachelor's or Master's degree from a stellar institution. Candidates should have one to two previous internships or roles in high-growth startups, venture capital, or consulting, or have demonstrated initiative through side projects, student organizations, research, or entrepreneurial experiences.
